Please add shipping cost to your order when you order online and make instant payment through PayPal. The shipping cost is calculated according to the size of cartons and your location. You may get cheaper freight for multi-item orders or quantity orders. Please email us to get a quote.
Please provide delivery address and contact phone number to ensure quick delivery.
When we received your order, we will fax or email you a tax invoice. You may pay by credit cards, internet fund transfer, PayPal or cheque. We will send out the products as soon as the payment comes through.

Warranty and Returns
All our mannequins are checked under quality control programmes by manufacturers before shipping. We check the products randomly for each shipment to make sure they meet our quality requirement.
In very rare occasions, damage to products may occur during transportation from our warehouse to your door. Please check your items when you receive them, and let us know if there is any damage. We may lodge an insurance claim with the courier company.
Our 100% buyer satisfaction policy offers you 7-day money back guarantee. If you don't want to keep the mannequins in any reason, please return them within 7 days in the original conditions and package. We will replace the item or refund the money on your request.
Please note that all shipping & handling charges are not refundable.
For all returns including warranty claims, buyers are liable for the postage sending items back to us, while we will pay the postage to send replacement or repaired items to you.
